Children will recieve free school milk until the Friday before their 5th Birthday. If you wish for your child to have milk after this date, it can be ordered and paid for on a half termly basis. Please see Miss Scaife for more information.
Each child is provided with a free piece of fruit or vegetable daily as a healthy snack option.
Healthy Packed Lunch
Please find below an example of a healthy packed lunch. A healthy lunch should include:
- Starchy carbs for energy, vitamins and fibre: bread, wraps, pasta, rice etc
- Protein to fill up: meat, eggs, pulses
- Vegetables and Fruit to count towards the five a day
- Calcium rich food for healthy bones: cheese, yoghurt etc
